Due to the nature of the position, the supervisor does not assign where to go and what to do. These positions offer a great salary and most offer a company car. The car is a great perk because of all of the driving that is needed in the position.

Pharmaceutical sales positions require successful candidates to be self motivating. Sales personnel must decide where to focus time and efforts and be great at follow up and follow through. The position requires meeting with hospitals, HMO's, pharmacies and doctors each day. Positive energy must translate visually to the client no matter what time the meeting is being held.
